Founded by Elaine O'Shea, who immigrated from Ireland to the US in 1985, Hearty & Healthy fulfills her lifelong dream of opening her own business in the deli and catering sector.
Hearty & Healthy offers fresh, home-style healthy food with flavors from Irish, Italian, and American cuisine. The menu includes soups, salads, entrees, desserts, and made-to-order sandwiches with freshly baked bread.
